I had to quickly sell my condo after my mothers passing and didn’t know where to turn. My nephew you Danny and said give him a try. I was a bit hesitate as he was so young but after interview two other agents I knew I had found my agent in Danny. He used all the social media the young are in touch with and the video he did of my unit and the condo property was both professional and fantastic. When I saw the video I told I wanted to move into my own unit. Danny is both personable and hard working. My unit sold within a month very close to asking. He made the sell smooth sailing. I highly recommend Danny Dawson.
I am inherently skeptical of anyone who has something to gain from my business but from our first meeting with Danny, all of my mistrust and reservations were set aside. He explained his credentials, the market, and process in such a way that I didn’t feel “sold” or pressured. He listened to what my partner and I were looking for, let us know where our expectations should be, and provided clear and accurate guidance. From there we easily understood what was required of us in an incredibly competitive buyers’ market. He also referred us to a great mortgage broker and lawyer which made the transaction seamless.
He was very responsive to any requests. For example, we viewed an open house, hours before the deadline for offers, and he went above and beyond on the weekend to get our last minute offer in. While we were ultimately unsuccessful on that offer, Danny continued to be undeterred and encouraging. When we finally found “the one”, Danny was all in. He used his knowledge of the market (in March at the beginning of Covid restrictions) to recommend a strategy for the offer based on the very current events, which would not have worked the week prior. His strategy proved successful and now we have a home that is perfect for our family in every way.
Danny is an all around great guy to have in your corner. And as a gay woman, I vouch for Danny as LGBTQIA+ friendly.

When we went to stage our home and had no storage, Danny physically came to our house with a trailer and took our extra stuff to his own house until our house sold.
